Michael Richard Kelly has been singing professionally for almost 40 years.
He started performing in regional dinner theaters, and eventually performed in the Broadway spoof, Forbidden Broadway in Philadelphia at The Bellevue-Stratford from 1983-1985. He has performed in “Fran Charnas’s The All Night Strut”, a 30s & 40s revue in Atlantic City, Philadelphia, Detroit, Denver, Cleveland, Los Angeles and Europe including The Casino De Monte Carlo in Monaco. He has also appeared in “Forever Plaid”, as “Frankie”.
His first cabaret show was for Bob Egan at Odette’s in New Hope, PA in 1987.
He received Philadelphia Magazine’s “Best of Philly®-1996” for his Cabaret Act.
His CDs, “The Judy Garland Songbook”, and “The Snow Show”, with Paula Johns, are available on iTunes, CD Baby, Amazon, Spotify, and. Napster.
He was co-owner of “Dino’s Backstage” in suburban Philadelphia.
